Real back under-fire Schuster

After the devastating lost against AS ROMA in the Round of 16(Champions League), The Under-fire Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster on Friday received the backing of club bosses.
Schuster’s future has been in doubt after the nine-time European champions crashed out of the Champions League at the last 16 stage for the fourth year in succession
“The club had and still has full confidence in Bernd Schuster,” the club said in a statement, slamming “unjustifiable and totally false information published in certain media”.
Also keeping in mind that Real Madrid are already out of the Spanish Cup tournament but are still leading the Primera Liga five points ahead of leading rivals FC Barcelona.
We have also heard some rumors that the board is willing to remove the German at the end of the season. According to the stories in both the Madrid and Catalan sports press, Mourinho has been asked whether he would be interested in the post at the Bernabeu.
Not to forget that Mourinho has stated that his next posting will be in Italy or Spain and has been on record in the past as saying Real Madrid would be an attractive proposition.
