Tottenham Hotspurs are back to loosing matches as the club’s coach, Juande Ramos, admitted they are still suffering from the Carling Cup hangover. Yesterday, they lost to PSV Eindhoven in the UEFA cup match by 1-0 at home. So this makes it tough challenge for Spurs to qualify for to the quarter finals of UEFA cup as they’ll be facing PSV at their home ground next.
Ramos said: “This was our strongest team but PSV still won. It will now be very difficult for us. You could say it is a reality check. We haven’t played well since we beat Chelsea — we have lowered our tempo.”
Spurs star, Jermaine Jenas got injured in the match after twisting his ankle and is doubtful for the Premier league match against West Ham on Sunday.
