A Friendly match will be played on 26th March 2008 between the World Champions Italy vs Spain. The main catch in this match will be the both the Goal Keepers. From Spain Iker Casillas will be playing as the Goal Keeper and for Italy Gianluigi Buffon.
The two are commonly regarded as the world’s finest goalkeepers, although the Italian veteran has so far plundered more awards than his Iberian counterpart. This is the fourth time in the last five years that Buffon has won the prize, having also emerged victorious in 2003, 2004 and 2006.
Still, Buffon admitted that, despite being over three years Casillas’ senior, he feels that he can learn a thing or two from the Real Madrid stopper. And said to be inReal Madrid show what a star Goal Keeper Casillas is.
Casillas, meanwhile, stated that he was equally inspired by the Juventus ‘keeper.
